Hizero F600 Polymer Roller

The Key to Success

Gentle, but Strong

Hizero F600 uses a foam-like high-density polymer (PVA) roller that acts like a gentle adhesive. As it slowly (100 rpm) spins against the floor, it attracts and lifts dirt, debris, dust and spills onto its surface and transports them to the interior of the cleaning head. Clean water is continuously pumped onto the roller, and dirty water is squeezed out into the waste water tank. Thus, the floor is always cleaned with a clean roller.

The soft texture of the polymer roller is extremely gentle to all hard floor types. The roller acts like a dense sponge and leaves behind only minimal moisture.

See how Hizero polymer roller compares with traditional fabric rollers.

Water absorption and retention

A fabric roller does not absorb or retain water well, resulting excessive and dirty water being left on the floor.

Hizero F600 polymer roller is highly water-absorbent and effectively retains water, leaving minimal water on the floor.

Water residue on surfaces

Fabric rollers are not highly absorbent and do not remove all liquid in one pass. Rollers with low water absorbency tend to spread excess/dirty water on the floor. In such case the floor is not clean at all.

The Hizero F600 roller will clean all liquid in one pass. It leaves minimal water on the floor and minimizes the risk of spreading around dirty water.

Smooth surface

Fabric rollers tend to trap debris within their fibres. Thus, they might re-distribute the debris on the floor or even cause scratches or similar damages.

Hizero's polymer roller has a very smooth surface. So, debris can be removed easily and deposited into the solid waste tray. The roller is clean and scratches are prevented.

Durable

Fabric fibres will harden soon. To keep the cleaning performance, fabric rollers have to be replaced more frequently.

Hizero F600 polymer rollers will not harden over time. Well maintained, they can be used roughly 1 year (dependent on usage).
